I have been off for a while because of set backs and getting strong again.
These previous weeks I have been working on my strength work and getting to the "new me".
I have been going to a biokinetist to strengthening the muscles that have been holding me back from being the best I could possibly be but I hit a small setback by hitting my knee and now it is in pain.
The knee pain won't keep me back from getting a personal best at Soweto 21km next month.
