The last few months I have been coaching orienteering at Rand Park High school.
Sadly the season has come to an end but it ended with a great applause to every single athlete because they put in a lot of hard work and it showed when they had to preform especially at finals where two athletes placed in the top 5.
I am proud of them and wish every athlete out there to never give up especially when it gets hard because it will be worth it in the end.
