This past weekend I ran the Ruimsig Parkrun with my new
I came 7th out of about 600 other parkrunners and I finished in a time of 20 minutes and 6 seconds making it my fastest time at Ruimsig Parkrun this year.
Ryan and I ran the whole parkrun together making the best duo at the parkrun. We started off fast, faster than I usually run but it was great but Ryan was the stronger one when it came to the finish. I'll be looking forward to running with him again.
