This past weekend I ran the Golden Harvest Parkrun for the first time since April.
I chose the wrong day to make a return to Golden Harvest because it was the coldest day so far this year. The cold weather is my nemesis because I can not deal and adapt to it and that's why I placed 12th out of 989 other parkrunners and in a time of 22 mins 19 seconds making it my worst parkrun time and place this year.
Believe me when I say I'll be back strong and hopefully more adapted to this winter weather.
