Today was the last meeting before Inter High athletics. They ran at Fourways High School against Fourways B and Florida High.. The races started at 15:00 and ended at 17:00.As the Middle Distance coach I notice lots of things like the atmosphere in the bus going to and coming from the place of the race. Todays atmosphere was half happy, half tired but mainly happy. In my eyes I could see that they were happy because I made them push themselves to levels that they did not know that they could reach but I did know their potential and that made them happy because they know they are better than they think they are but that made them tired because they pushed more than they have push before. #SheraazRuns #SheraazonCoaching
