Dairy of a Runner: The New Years

 Can you believe it this past few days I haven't been for a run and I started this New Years without a run yet and whys that because it doesn't want to  stop raining and being cold.

It has been raining but that will not stop me from exercising, so I have just been working on strength training and gaining muscle.

When it comes to running you don't just need your legs to be strong you need your whole body to be strong, so I have been working on my glutes (bum) and my abdominals mainly because you use those muscles while you run and I have been busy strengthening my upper body to get full body strength. #SheraazRuns #DiaryofaRunner
