Parkrun this past Saturday at Golden Harvest Park was hard on me because of a small incidents.
At the Parkrun I placed 6th out of 902 other athletes with a time of 21 minutes. The small incidents was that my shoe laces came loes and I strained my ankle when I turned around a large rock but I still managed to make up time but feeling the effects today.
