Cross Country finals went well for the selected four. They all placed in the top 45%. They qualified for finals by averaging top 20 from four of there six races. They had to run against the best in there districts and they came out in top.
Coaching at Rand Park High was the
greatest experience thus far. I am proud of all my athletes , in my eyes they all deserve to be in the finals because they all ran there hearts out. It is just a shame that they can't all be there.
My first year coaching cross country was really fun because I got exposed to many new people that share the same passions and that is to improve there cardio vascular system by running.
I can not wait to coach the next generation of champions next year. #SheraazRuns #SheraazonCoaching
