Socks can make a big difference in running. You may think that it is just socks but it is more than you think. Socks can change a run from being the worst run ever to the best run ever. I can actually tell the difference when I use different sock.
 
When I use thick socks my feet get very hot during a run and it makes it very uncomfortable to run because I am excerpting more energy. I prefer using thin socks because during a run my feet get more air, cooling them down. There is perks of using thick socks like they make your feet more comfortable. Using the wrong socks can cause an injury because you focus more on your socks than your running, which can cause you to fall over something because you were more worried about your socks. I have tried many socks over the year including hidden/short socks ,long compression socks and ankle socks and I can say I love using hidden/short socks. I have achieved many personal bests in short socks.
 
Never take socks for granted. It is your lifeline. #SheraazRuns #Gearthis
