I Believe that every athlete needs a break, even if its one day the whole week. As I did the past weekend where I went out to Mall of Africa with my friend Kyle McAlpine to first of all go and see what all the fuss was about it.
Every athlete needs a break even one day and that one day was Saturday for me. While we were there we ran into one of Kyle's friends Matthew Mole , a great singer.
And yes I did run, I ran that day because it's my life. I ran the Golden Harvest Parkrun and managed to place 7. #WeekendRound-Up #SheraazRuns
