Diary of a Runner: Cycling times

When you can not run for some reason at all, there is many other thinks you can do to keep fit and that's what I have done. I started cycling again.

This past week instead of running I decided let's try something different and see how it goes and that's what I did I went cycling. 

I'm not saying I'm quitting running I'm just saying it is always good idea to try something now and then. Cycling will be my hobby while running is my life.

Doing other sports is a very good thing because it helps you learn new things and as well as exercising new muscle groups you have not used before.
