This past weekend I went to the Len Rutter, Roodepoort Parkrun on Saturday at 8am because I went to a doctor that was close to the parkrun.
Len Rutter is the first Parkrun I went to and that's where I got my first 50 Parkrun, it is my home Parkrun.
I placed 12th out of 570 other parkrunner with a time of 22 minutes and 48 seconds.
Len Rutter parkrun is mentally tough because it is a double lapper, I can say that I was not mentally tough for this Parkrun which shows in my time.
I went to the doctor for a check up and I was referred to Lancet Laboratories to get my blood tested.
