This past weekend I ran the 15 kilometre Joburg Northern Chase hosted by Run Zone and later that evening I was privileged enough to go and watch Ed Sheeran live at FNB Stadium.
Going to the race we took an Uber because it was not a long distance to travel to the venue, during the race I got tired because prior to the race I had strained my hamstring but with my running partner there he helped me to preserver and push through. I finished in a time of 1 hour 6 minutes. At the finish area of the race I got to catch up with Rene Kalmer and find out how her race went.
Later that day I went to watch Ed Sheeran's Divide tour concert at the FNB Stadium. I was lucky enough to get the tickets because of my cousins. The show was absolutely amazing because we were so close to Ed that we could almost touch him. It was definitely something to remember for a long time.
