This past weekend I did not do any running because of the weather and I was afraid of catching the flu and being sick for my next few races but that never stop me from supporting My Idol. On Saturday I made the decision not run to the parkrun or to run the parkrun because the weather was to foggy for me to run in.
On Sunday I went to support my dad at the toughest 21km in Joburg the Pirates 21km race. My dad had a great run there because he felt good when he finished and felt good during the race which made me so proud because I know he's doing better than he did in previous years because he has trained more. #SheraazRuns #WeekendRound-up
