I am honored to be one of the coach of the 2018 Rand Park High School cross country team. I was apart of the team when I was in Rand Park, so I was excited to pass my knowledge on to them.
I have been coaching them for sometime now and I can honestly say I have made them work hard at trainings because I know that when it comes to races the competition will be tougher than they have ever faced in previous years. With them working so hard I have noticed an improvement in their performance from race to race with them improving their times and places.

They don't even see their improvements because they don't know that they have improved and they continue to improve week by week. I can not wait to see what is in store for them next. #SheraazonCoaching #SheraazRuns
