Running comfortable is not easy. It is something I have learned over the years.
Trying to run with ease with take you a long time because its something you acquire over the years. For me running comfortable is when you don't stress during a run, you are calm and you are not as tired as you usually are ,but you can feel you ran faster than previous times. I started to feel this type of run when I was in high school during athletics season, it happened when I ran with a friend who has the same speed as me, we ran together and it felt like I was gliding when I was running with him and nothing else was around us-just the two of us chasing the clock. I have now trained myself to be able to run comfortable without a partner because when it comes to a race it is all in your head.
The main thing you need to know about running with ease is that you have to believe in your abilities even when no one else does. #SheraazRuns #DiaryofaRunner
